Atmosphere is very relaxing to have lunch with friends/family or even to work or chill by yourself. Food is delicious, get their free rewards card for perks.
Their staff is hit and miss. We usually order drive through and a couple of the female employees can be incredibly rude. By that I mean, you ask a question and get just a yes or no, they show no interest in working there. Again, that's only a couple of staff, the majority are good. As someone else noted, they are always out of something. I'd assume this is just bad management since I only order a few different things on their menu and they are often out of just those few things. Might be even worse. Not sure.
Nothing beats a fresh, delicious sandwich and soup from STL Bread Co. You pick 2 is the best!
The food is really good. The online app usually won't work when it comes time to complete the order, also I live about 2 miles from location and they won't deliver to my address. The wentzville Panera bread will and their more the 6 miles and 10 mins away. I don't understand the logic.
Ordered a bakers dozen bagels and asked the server if he specifically got the two cinnamon crunch bagels I ordered and he assured me he did. I did not see him place them in the bag so when I got to my car and double checked I had only 11 bagels and no cinnamon crunch. I had to go back in and get them.
