Nice people, friendly, but they kept getting our order wrong. Not only that, but the tables were not cleaned in a timely manor and the staff in the back where crass. You get what you pay for. This is not one of McDonald's best stores.
Last night was my 3rd try for this McDonald's after work. The first time they screwed up my Big Mac so bad I couldn't eat it. The second time it took them 40 minutes to get me a drink and a pie. I forgave them for that one though, because there is normally only 2 workers at night. Last night though, they gave me food poisoning after royally f**cking up my order.
Just left the drive thru. They are out of approx 7 items, can't remember all the items but chicken tenders was one of the items. She said they had no drinks other than tea and milkshakes. Said she would not substitute milkshakes for sodas because it's not their fault and said "you are paying full price for shakes" Hahahaha. That's fine but this girl was so damn rude it was unbelievable! 10:30pm on Friday Dec. 15th

Young lady with a foreign accent and inability to speak to customers in full sentences with a smile or personality took my order this morning. I would recommend a refresher in customer service training and paying general attention to ensure correct order fulfillment. Additionally, it's clear to me that the employees working here don't know that their voices carry. People enjoying their finally delivered appropriately meal don't want to hear about other absent employees, how much they dislike their (not doing their) jobs and arguments about who gets out to smoke first. I captured some of it because it's too bold to be believed. Step up your game, McDonald's hiring powers. Your existing employee pool kung-fu is no bueno.
This visit was bad will not return. My friend were old cold and stale. I asked for a cheeseburger with no onions. And it was covered in them. The packaging even said no onion. I took it back to have made correctly. And they still made it wrong. I left as clearly they can't follow orders
