Service is a laugh, or it would be if it didn't leave me frustrated and anxious over how I'm going to manage to get to my doctor's appointments.
This company is so bad they don't deserve a star
Joke....total joke. But I do find it amusing that they had their people give it 5 stars below. LOL! What they could accomplish if they put that little bit of effort toward actually handling their accounts.
I have not made a doctors appointment since MTM has taken over transportation for my area. They have canceled me everytime, one time they tried to say I canceled when I did not. I have missed all my specialist appt. Nero,& eye. When I had to schedule my own with these company's I never missed. When you try to talk to a supervisor they get rude, or just hang up. When you try to make a complaint you never get an answer! You sit on hold then get disconnected.
This company is ridiculous. They recently took over providing transportation for Wisconsin's medical assistance members and it's all been downhill. I suffer from chronic pain and it's difficult to walk for more than a few meters without being in lots more pain and/or exhausted from the efforts. They expect me to take public transportation to all of my appointments. And, even better, they don't warn you of what, if any, transportation you'll be provided with. The last time I scheduled transportation online, I never got any sort of confirmation that they would be providing transportation at all! The online system only said "cancelled". I had to scrape together money for a cab out of my grocery money. And then, the day before my appointment, I got two county bus tickets in the mail. My favorite trick of theirs, though, was when they shipped TWO BUS TICKETS overnight FedEx to me, at a cost that was likely over what they would have paid for a cab to take me to begin with.
