Groceries missing but we were charged for them. We found out they were missing when we got home. Disorganized all the time. Waiting until we get to the store to pack our groceries. Way too many mistakes. Called the store because the flour was missing. Manager said they were out of flour. A grocery store out of flour! There have been problems with every order. This is supposed to be grocery pickup service that's convenient for the shoppers but not the way it's being managed.
Great service in all departments. Love the pleasant door greeters. We are regulars in the pharmacy. They have our name typed in before we hit the counter. There is something to be said for that. We go there often for a reason. Great employees.
I am giving the main customer service counter inside the store 1 star. I give the lawn and garden dept 5 stars. I wanted to exchange a prelit Christmas tree because most of the lights were burned out. I didn't have a receipt, but the brand and the box was clearly from Walmart. The customer service inside the store was absolutely no help at all....they left me with the suggestion to call the manufacturer to get a replacement. Extremely frustrated and upset I went to lawn and garden and asked if I could exchange my defective tree. They called over a manager and he quickly said "let's do an even swap to take the hassle away from you, we'll send this in to the manufacturer for credit." I was very grateful for finally getting "customer service ". Thank you lawn and garden. ...maybe the girls inside should take a page out of lawn and garden's excellent customer service.
It's Walmart, not sure what else to say. For a location that started out as a well organized, well stocked, one-stop-shop, things have certainly changed. More recently, I frequently find they have moved things around, no longer carry or are out of stock of regularly purchased items. Hopefully this will improve.
Did not have all that I ordered 9 items. Some I got was not what I ordered. Ordered pork chops got pork steaks. Lot of the things ordered I know you have. I went in store and they where there. You need better help. Try a reading test for them. Unsatisfied custmer.
