Horrible experience courtesy of Ben and Jennifer (the manager who refused to even give me her last initial). Claimed they couldn't help my cancer stricken, disabled mother with a simple sim card... Gave a bunch of silly excuses referring back to an inflexible corporate policy that results in poor customer service.
Not a corporate store, so this is the reason they won't help. 2 trips in an 2 awful customer service experiences. If you choose AT&T go to a corporate store.
DO NOT GO HERE. Went here to change out the SIM card for phone, and they didn't have the correct SIM card. They also told us we couldn't recycle a phone. Went to the ATT store over on 94, and they told us that our SIM card that we needed was literally the most common type. The woman at this ATT store on 94 said she heard many similar complaints from customers at this store since it is only an authorized retailer and not a corporate store.
