Super supportive trainers! Everyone is welcoming and friendly! Lots of equipment and programming is easy to adjust to your skill level. Everyone encourages each other and cheers on everyone no matter what skill level you are. Owners are fantastic! I love Trenches!
Dropped in for two classes while I was visiting family and the coaches and athletes were great! Everyone was so nice, Coach Sara was super knowledgable, and had some great workouts!
Until you know, you don't know. There is a HUGE sense of "family" at the box and having so many people cheer you on during each and every workout is highly motivating. I've experienced personal trainers before but nothing like the CrossFit Trenches Coaches. Besides the coaching certifications they work very hard to achieve, the sheer amount of research they complete to ensure each and every athlete has a solid warmup and workout is astonishing. The workouts are incredibly challenging but never boring. With the ability to scale, there really isn't any of the workouts or exercises you can't do. I really can't say enough positive things about CrossFit Trenches, the people, the coaches and CrossFit.
