The last time I went in here I was insulted the entire time. I was told over and over again that my hair was damaged, when I told her that I knew it was damaged and that my hair has a lot of fallout from my diet the minute I sat down. Then I told her what I wanted done to my hair (basically I wanted my previous cut blended out more) and she basically told me it couldn't be done. We went in circles for a moment before I ended up telling her to just do it anyway and then she said "Oh yeah it is a little choppy." I also wanted bangs cut and I regret that now. She took no time on them. Just took the scissors and cut. They look awful and she could tell. She just rushed BC she had another person waiting. I'm disappointed. I've spent hundreds of dollars there in the past year and I've turned a blind eye to the bad experiences but this was the final straw. Will never be returning to a Fantastic Sam's again.
I got my hair colored for the first time in my life by Lulu! She made me feel very comfortable, explained everything she was doing to my hair as she went along, and it turned out Fantastic!! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgable, and ready to help out in any way. I love the new location, it's literally one minute from my neighborhood, and they are offering amazing specials RIGHT NOW! I highly recommend them and will keep coming back for more.
They gave me an amazing hair dyeing job.
You get what you pay for. Use to go here after moving to the area years ago. Found a better place with better people.
Even with the long wait it is kinda required to reserve a spot in store before you go in for hair. All in all an amazing job.
I had to edit my first review because its not fair to discredit the entire f/s over one bad experience. I have been here several times but only had one horrible incident with one of the stylist. However, i have had excellent service from three other stylists at this location. I only know the name of one wonderful stylist. I highly recommend Anna.
