The guy who works in flooring and carpet is amazing. His name is Jordan. He helped us get about 6 different things and knew EVERYTHING he was talking about. He even stayed 15 minutes after his shift ended to finish helping us & then clocked out. So thankful
Got a good deal on materials, but that's where it ends. There was one issue after the other. I wanted to cancel the deal so bad, but my wife loved the flooring. It was the only place. That had it. Long story short. We have some high dollar projects left to do. Guess who's not getting one cent of that business.
Was so disappointed after paying a couple grand on material to reside and soffit house go to pick up order I am on time schedule can do the work on house on weekends not only wasn't ready seems wasn't ever aware of order. Started to cancel order and go to Home Depot but I like said on time schedule so since was already went ahead and waited till got item by item costing me a couple hours of precious time next time will go some place else
We've purchased our dishwasher and oven from Lowes. They priced matched from another store. So we got it cheaper than their price and free deliver.
I signed a contract for a deck in June 2017 and on August 28 2017 I still do not have a deck. I was told at the point when the contract was signed that the deck would be started 6 weeks out. After not hearing from lowes I followed up with them on week 7. On week 9 materials finally got delivered. After holes where dug in the ground I have not seen my contractor for over a week. I called the city of O'Fallon to see if the holes where even inspected and they did not pass inspection. I have had the materials not only in my driveway but also in my garage for 3 weeks now. I have reciceved compaints from my neighbors since the materials have been blocking the sidewalk for 3 weeks and no end in sight. I expressed my disappointment with Shannon the manager over installation and have been told that they will not discuss any type of compension for all of these problems until the project is completed. This is completely ridiculous. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want results.
My wife and I found a floor we could agree on for our new home at Lowe's.
Also we had purchased 2 ceiling fans and by the time we got around to opening them a couple of months had gone by. A piece was missing from one of the boxes. Not only did they accept the return (actually we did an exact exchange) but the fan happen to be on sale that we week so the gave us the difference back on BOTH fans(with the receipt)
