I would like to give negative star if I had the choice, but I have to choose one star for posting. We had a really bad experience with the BJC HealthCare, it was our nightmare dealing with the clinic here. We went there for annual physical check, the nurse drew the blood for lab, but two days after, we got a call from them saying they did drew enough blood and asked us to go there for another blood sample. What was even worse, the final bill we got was not billed as annual physical check, even though we mentioned over 5 times and double confirmed with the front desk that we only want to do annual physical check. While the bill they cannot change too much, and finally we paid over $1000 out-of-pocket.
If you don't want to waste your time and your money, and don't want to put your health on risk with such a bad clinic, you need to think to walk away, otherwise, you will never know how you got trapped.
