We get delivery from this location weekly. Our order is always delivered complete, fresh and quick. They never forget the sodas and the delivery drivers are friendly and professional. Better than any other pizza delivery in the area.
Be very careful ordering and paying online! I usually call and order or go in and order and it's ok....but after this experience-- I will NEVER spend my money at this Pizza hut or any Pizza Hut again! Someone making a mistake is perfectly understandable, however, someone purposely cheating you and being rude to boot? UNEXCEPTABLE!
after waiting 1.5 hours for our pizza(which it was a Friday NO big deal) it finally came and our bread sticks were burned to a crisp, all 3 of our pizzas had NO topping left on them due to it being stuck to the top of the box...i had 4 hungry teenagers at my house that were starving so i wasn’t gonna go through the hassle of calling and waiting another hour and a half...very upset with how our pizza showed up!
They advertise a large 2 topping pizza for $7.99...we ordered 2 online. When the delivery guy got here he handed me the ticket..I signed it and gave him a tip and then he hands me 1 pizza!!! Charged me $14.83(?) I called them and the guy basically said "too bad, so sad, not my problem".
We have gone here 3 times and only once were they nice and the food was good. And everytime we go at night we get a girl who is the rudest person ive ever delt with. The last time she just threw the pizza at my wife after not finding our order on the monitor when it was done and waiting for us in the warmer. We like pizza hut pizza and ill just have to get it from a different location on my way home.
People need to lower their expectations. It's a pizza hut. They do just fine for what they do.
