Secondly, it says on both their website and on google that they close at 8pm, not 7. So maybe the next time you do something like this you should update your hours of operation.
When you finally get your pizza it's delicious but the service is terrible and they are incredibly slow. After placing an order on the phone and arriving 20 min later my pizza wasn't even started yet. I waited for 20 more minutes in the store before I was informed they were out of mushrooms and garlic. The manager wasn't in control of her staff and workers stood around doing nothing while I and others waited. I eventually got a refund and left. Disappointed.
12/17/17 I call up an order that they said would be ready for pick in 15 minutes and when I get up their im told that they are closed for a Christmas party. First off if an order went through it’s wrong to make someone drive up there only to be told “sorry were closed”
Love the idea of take and bake pizza. Always good options and they offer gluten free pizza dough option. Staff is usually friendly and fast.

Called several times and nobody picked up so i ordered online. It confirm that my order would be ready at the time I picked. When I got there they said they were closed. This was an hour and 15 minutes before closing. The staff was all there and it looked as if in a meeting! Who has a staff meeting during business hours for a pizza company?!
Crappy service. Ordered a large. Get here and they out of large. My husband ordered an hour ago. Now you are out of what we ordered. If you are the owner you suck. You are a rude witch. I called customer service and complained. The owner called me and had no recollection of me being in the store. She does not like criticism. I'll let corporate handle it.
