Great trail. It's a fine, loose gravel track, but is hard so you can go pretty fast on a mountain bike. I probably would want to risk riding my road bike on there, but I have seen others do so. Mostly shaded, so it's good to take my daughter for a ride in the child seat and not risk her getting sunburnt.
Great paved trail! Stumbled on it looking for something to do with my family. We'll definitely be back.
Great scenic trailhead into Katy trail at mile 052. The only bad part is there is no restrooms at this location ...
