Worst experience there ever. I have been taking my cars there for the last 7yrs and this was the last time. I have 5 cars I take up there religiously for oil changes and other work and they have lost all of that. In fact I was getting ready to buy 4 new tires for my sports car which would have been over $1000. I thought I was going to a business not a playground. One thing everyone knows is never mess with a persons stereo or personal items in a car. If you want your stuff tampered with and gone through then go to the Dobbs off Robert Raymond Dr. They will be more then happy to invade your space.

I had some work done on my Sonota after my son hit a curb. Not only were NONE of the tires inflated properly but several screw were left off the body molding. This is my second (I know I should not have gone back) bad experience. If they cannot even inflate tires properly are they doing any if their work well. Use them at your own risk!
If I could give this zero stars I would. Dropped car off before 8am call at 330 to see status. They hadn't even pulled it in yet. All I wanted was an oil change. Finally pick it up after 4. They said they still had 20 cars to do from the day before. I mean really you couldn't have told me that this morning? On top of everything else they played with my system had the radio blaring and my windows cracked open. Can we say joy ride??? It's 12 degrees out. What the hell. They have lost my business and everyone else's business I know. All manager could say was I don't see that tech being like that. Are you serious right now.
Took my car in, they fixed it fast and been working great ever since. Will go back for any of my car needs
