The car was broke as my dad was driving through. Estimated $2,000 worth of damage. Video showing proof. The owner Nick Boland and his insurance company are refusing to fix the damage. I wouldn’t spend any of your hard earned money at the garbage pile.
Then there's the issue with the CC terminals. At least 2 of the bays never work. Simple solution is to just bring coins but still, if you're going to have something there, at least ensure it all works, especially considering the price!
Touch wash does a good job, but the manual washes don't seem to work at all if you use coins or dollar bills...
Got a flat tire while using. Automated voice told me to back up, and then the contraption on the ground punctured my tire. Owner answered phone first time-good. I texted him photos. Waiting to hear back. So far nothing.
Serves its purpose when equipment is functioning properly. Machines take money without giving credit. Expect a runaround when trying to get a refund. Don't expect a refund. Will go back when in a crunch, when machines do work...they get the job done.
The Pro-Touch machine almost never works as it should. The overhead roller will come down, touch the bumper then for some reason it retracts back up top. It's infuriating especially when you get the 11$ wash.
