I have taken multiple vehicles to Detail Driven Car Wash to get a full detail. They have always exceeded my expectations. They do a great job and it has been an outstanding customer experience. They are professional and friendly. I will continue to bring many vehicles to them on an ongoing basis.
I had received a 1/2 price coupon for any wash for my birthday & took advantage of the Extreme Detail full service car wash. My car is going on 8 years & had never been fully cleaned professionally & not cleaned very recently. There was a lot of accumulated food crumbs, dog hair, dirt & dust, and build up on interior windows. The team that cleaned up my car did a fantastic job, it has never looked better & I have a new respect for it & making a better effort to keep it looking clean. I thank you, my car thanks you, & will continue to use your services.
I had full detail service and could not have been more impressed. Excellent service, value, and friendly staff. We have two bulldogs that ride in the car often. There was not one hair to be found. Amazing.

Husband brought in my vehicle for an extreme detail - supposedly their best car wash for $34 as a surprise for me - since I'm 8 months pregnant. Sadly when I saw the vehicle it was still dirty. Floors not entirely vaccuumed, windows still dirty, crumbs, dash still dirty. Wheels were still filthy. I asked the owner for a refund or a voucher, as I did not have time to wait around. He said he'd sign the receipt and honor it for another was and that he'd get it cleaned up quick, like 10 minutes. The kids that work there seem to be good kids as they were working as quick as they could to get it clean. However, this should have been done the first time, not the third time around (as my husband later informed me that he had them clean it again before he left because the dash was not even wiped down or steering wheel). I asked the owner again about the voucher (mind you I'm waiting closer to 30 mins); he tells me that my husband didn't give them enough time to complete it - which obviously was not true - as they first said that my husband was ok with it) I point out that the tires are filthy, he reports they were clean when my husband left (I live 1 mile away). He pulls a kid and says that I need to take into consideration that this kid worked on my vehicle for an hour "and got nothing out of it". Basically that since my husband did not give a tip that I should not complain. I then find out that they ripped my emissions sticker that's placed on the windshield. I told the guy that he just lost business, which he didn't seem to care. I'd give this place 0 stars if allowed. I previously had a monthly membership but cancelled after they broke off the arm of my windshield wiper.
