We have worked with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives for several years now. We upgraded our system a couple of years ago as they suggested. The new system has worked great. Their response to a light needing to be replaced is very fast. Whenever I call, Naomi answers the phone. She always takes care of us and is very pleasant to work with. It is nice to deal with a company that backs up their promises.
I met with Jim to inquire about adding architectural lighting to our home. My first impression was very positive. He arrived on time and complimented me on our home. He came prepared with fixtures and a wealth of ideas to make our home look it's best at night. Once we worked out the details, his knowledgeable crew arrived on their scheduled day and installed everything. When they were done, I couldn't tell they were even there! All the landscape was in tact, no messes to clean up and the transformer install in the garage was very professional looking. My experience from start to finish was excellent. Even the woman in the office was extremely helpful! I recommend them to all my friends and family.
We had outdoor lighting install lights at our home ten years ago and then a few years ago upgraded to led. Their work has always been exemplary so when I decided to add additional lights to new landscape areas I didn't hesitate to call them. Jim came right out, made some suggestions, and the lights were installed a short time later. After seeing the lights at night I requested a few adjustments and they took care of it immediately. The installers did a great job. There was no hard pressure sale, just suggestions which really gave the look I wanted. Very pleased!!!
