For the first time since I've used your company I honestly felt your customer service needed improvement. I dread thinking of what my water bill will be since the back flow unit was leaking and must have been while I was on vacation for a week.
Your service technician was was here yesterday (8/31/17), on schedule. He did a great job adjusting 3 sprinkler heads as requested. This was our scheduled 2 month visit after installation and we're really pleased with the results. Your service personnel are all great, knowledgeable and courteous. Bravo, well done!
We are so pleased with the service we received from Professional Irrigation Systems. From the beginning, they were very responsive and quick to install our system. We have a very large and difficult yard (read steep hill) and the team worked hard and got it done in an afternoon. Great customer service; would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
I totally realize how busy you are but I went days with no response on call backs.
Called Pro Irrigation on a Monday and they scheduled their visit for Tuesday morning. I requested a repair to a crack in the PVC pipe section of the backflow valve. The young man arrived early, was very courteous, answered all of my questions, and provided a thorough explanation for the service. I highly recommend this company to others and plan on using them again for all irrigation service/maintenance needs.
But after Chris the tech checked everything out and was so considerate and kept his cool while I ranted a little while, I've changed my mind. He is the reason I won't be looking for another company.
The staff at Professional Irrigation Systems lives up to their name. They are professional and take time to listen. Eric serviced our system today and he was excellent. He explained what he was doing and took time to answer questions. They are the best!
